We prefer to ship one tee at a time, so no minimum, but we won't let you buy more than ten tees with one order.
We're sorry, but we made you check your size measurements before you bought. If you've changed your mind, then pass that tee forward at Christmas time. There are no refunds or exchanges unless something is wrong with our construction or screen-printing. When this happens, contact us and we'll do all we can to right our mistake.
Of course! There’s an extra million kiwis out there so spread the word. We charge an international delivery rate and can send to 230 countries around the world using DHL.
In New Zealand we send overnight with Courierpost, and if the tee was already in stock, we’ll have it printed in a day, so you can expect delivery within the week. We'll let you know if we’ve got to make your item specially, in which case it could take up to two weeks. Allow for a little longer if you’re overseas, and we’ll keep you updated on its whereabouts as we process the order.
Everything but our jeans are cut and sewn and printed right here at our headquarters in Newtown, so you can rest assured you’re wearing sweatshop free tees. (Our jeans are cut here too, then shipped up the road to Auckland for sewing and laundering, keeping them New Zealand made). The cut of each style in our store has been researched and sampled extensively, to come up with a great fit that flatters the widest range of body types.
The tees are 100% cotton, and the inks are water-based. Don’t worry, they won’t run in the wash, we’ve sealed them in with 160 degrees C heat. We love the quality of our cotton supplied to us from Levana Textiles, but are also researching organic and fair trade cotton supplies. We’ll keep you posted if we make any changes.
We'll have to carry on that sort of business via email. We’ll do all we can to confirm your size and colour specifications, and ask you to make a funds transfer or send us a cheque before processing the order. We've been doing it for years, but the no refunds or exchange policy applies to these more expensive orders just the same as the tees (see above).
Certainly! We have t-shirts from infant to nine year old. Once they’re ten we push you into getting them an xs adult tee. They’ll love you more for it. Contact us and we’ll help you via email get it right before placing your order.
You'll have to contact us and ask. We have pxt files of all our prints, which won't show you much detail or indication of the size, so there'll be more risk attached to your order. But trust us, they're all very cool.
Well, we do that sort of thing all the time in the store, so I guess if you contact us at the time you place the order, we can go the extra mile and sort out your special placement, so long as you state clearly where you'd like it, and are happy for us to make the final judgement call. One exception: we won't print over any seam. It'll smudge.
No. Feel free to order our tee with nothing at all on it. We're happy for you to print on it yourself anything you like, so long as you tell everyone it's your design and not ours. If people tell you it's really cool, why don't you enter it into our competition?
Sure. We’ll charge you $5 more for the second print, and $5 again for the third, and so on and so on. Get in contact with us via email to organise where you'd like each, but don’t be offended if we tell you it’s getting too busy and it's time to stop.
To tell you the truth, that's how Duncan himself prefers his. No problem.
Every computer screen does colour differently, so our web builders tried their hardest, and we hope you’re satisfied with as close to a match as we could get. If you're not certain, keep scrolling through the newsletter and website pages for more shots. All the colours available on the website are our best sellers, so we're confident you'll be happy even if the colour is a bit of a surprise.
100% cotton does shrink but don't worry, we've given them an extra bit of length to account for it. Just follow the care instructions, and they shouldn't shrink any more after the first wash.
